This is simply the buyer agreeing that you are going to be their agent, you are going to represent their financial interests in the transaction of buying the home. Often, the buyers will have a lot of hesitation to sign the agreement while you are with them. Keri gives you tips on how to put them at ease and sign that agreement while they are with you so you can get to work in helping them find the home of their dreams.
