An East Bay High School ditches their armed mascot. Not everyone is happy about it! - 08-17-23

At Concord High School, a flap over having an armed mascot has been going on for quite some time. This week, a move was made to change mascots. We’ll talk about whether that was necessary and whether the new mascot is better.

Speaking of offending people, yesterday we had a general airing of grievances. We missed one comment that flew by in the chat and then used the term the person found annoying. We will dive into it today and look at whether the viewer has a point or whether it’s making a mountain out of a mole hill.

The Robo taxis just can’t stay out of the headlines. It turns out human interference may have been to blame for the weekend snafu, but it left intersections blocked around the city. 

And John took a page from our show opening yesterday, about leaving things better than you find them. He went around San Francisco sprucing the place up and we have a video. 😆
