Why do we judge? Our brains think that by judging others, it will be on top, and better then, thus making us feel good. However, it's the exact opposite. Judging others makes us feel worse about ourselves, and with the belief that we'll feel better, its a vicious cycle and old pattern that needs to be adjusted. We are one, not separate from another. So when we judge others, we are actually judging ourselves. In the latest episode, I talk more about why we judge, how to begin to better understand what the meaning behind it is, and most importantly, how to catch ourselves in the act so we can shift away from this unwanted behavior. My hope is that you walk away with a tip or two that can ultimately bring you more joy and peace, and push that old nasty habit to the curb. Enjoy!
