Choose joy. It seems like 2 simple words right…and yet it evokes such feelings. As believers we WANT joy…we NEED joy… we STRIVE for joy. What if it isn’t that hard? What if it is more about being intentional than forcing yourself to put on rose-colored glasses and believe that “everything is awesome” (saying in the same tone as the Lego song…because well you can’t say it any other way, right?).

Cultivating a life of joy has more to do with how we do things rather than WHAT we do. We can choose joy even when life is hard and in this episode I give you 10 ways you can. All without avoiding hardships, trials, or pretending that your life is perfect and has no stress at all! We don’t have to add intense habits to our day, we don’t have to mark HOURS on our calendar to have a life of joy. We get to shift a few things (mainly the way we think about things) and joy will follow. Our thoughts are not seen by others AND if we shift the way we see things others can see the changes in our life. Listen in to find out more!
