What came first the chicken or the egg? While that question has been debated for years , we know that first comes the thought then the response physically and or emotionally. Why is that and what can we do about it? Henry and I get into it today discussing how it all starts as a thought. A simple benign innocent thought. One of thousands we have daily. How can a simple thought cause so much distress? Easy we give it credence. We believe it, we follow it to the future and the past. The question we don't ask which is not is it good or bad, but is this thought useful. If not we watch it and treat it as an unwanted guest that we invite in but do not need to engage.
