Touching down in Paris once was a dream come true. Flying my mom out to Paris on my second visit seemed too good to be true too. This visit for the 2023 Rugby World Cup will no doubt be a trip to remember. Listen to my preview to hear more about my itinerary and expectations for my third trip to Paris, France.

Pickleball: unless you live under a rock; you have at least heard whispers of the game taking the world by storm. It's an easier version of tennis that is a great substitute for your cardio. This week, trade one session on the treadmill for a paddle and some good times with friends.
