David Ragland, who has been an NCAA assistant coach for nearly 18 years now, joins the show to talk about his time working with Neemias Queta at Utah State. David spent the last three with Queta and I asked him about his initial impressions of him, his personality, development, areas of improvement, and Portuguese background. David also was an assistant coach for Richaun Holmes during his senior year at Bowling Green and he shared some stories about Richaun and his undeniable work ethic and motor.
