In this episode, part eight, Keri shows you how to prepare for client showings to set yourself up for success. During this part of the process, agents must identify what they are going to show the client. During your meeting with the client, you will need to set expectations on how you are going to help them learn what information they need to prepare so they know what they need to do to compete for the home they ultimately want to buy. No matter how many properties they like on paper, you need to focus them on three to five properties before you do a showing and help them understand how they can compete for those properties should they be interested in buying.
