With pecking and stacking, you can focus on a feature when asking questions to the client about certain listings. Then, stack two of the most important features they are looking for on top of each other as you ask them questions about the kind of homes they would consider buying. This also allows agents to learn what the client might be willing to give up and what they would not want to live without. Learning this information will help you reduce wasting time for both you and your client.
