I’m your host Nicole …and since 2002 I have been helping women over 40 to lose weight for the last time. Growing up in the ballet world, set me up for very disorganized eating and not great weight loss advice. Fast forward to switching careers from professional ballet dancer to fitness expert AND getting older…I realized I was SO DONE with the whole diet thing! No more weighing food, obsessing over every morsel I could or shouldn’t be putting into my mouth! I wanted to just be able to eat what I wanted and still have the lean, stronger, healthy body that I desired…and so did my clients. When I shifted everything to mindset focus…that was when the lasting results happened not just for me but for my clients as well.
