9-9-23 Pushing The Envelope - Music Decidedly Left of Center: Celebrating National Piano Month

Greetings!

According to the folks at NationalDayCalendar.com, pianos not only get an International Piano Day on March 27th (the 88th day of the year, a wink to the piano’s 88 keys), but also a National Piano Month during September.

Therefore, today is a piano extravaganza with numerous new releases peppered with some excellent older chestnuts, including a "faux piano" piece cobbled together by yours truly.
