Today we look at the question, “What is “the ministry” of Eph. 4?”

Eph. 4:11
First, who is doing the work of the ministry?
Answer – The Saints – Christians!
Pastors and teachers are equipping the believers for ministry.
Second, What is the purpose of ministry according to Eph. 4?
Answer – Edifying the body of Christ
Edify – Defined as: a: BUILD; b: ESTABLISH
Ministry is helping the church grow to maturity and unity.
There is an expectation of growth for the follower of Jesus.
Jesus really values unity in His family!
