During the conversation Matt and Dhruv share their respective stories of learning about Sikhism and it's founder, Guru Nanak. They discuss the beliefs of the Sikh path (Ek Onkar - The Creator and the Creation are One), the history of Sikhism, the teachings of Guru Nanak, the hymns (mantras) of the Guru, becoming a Sikh in America, and the link between Kundalini Yoga and Sikhism and how the communities may be able to intermingle responsibly and with respect + more. This is a deep one. Please enjoy!
