We're gonna be honest with you here... This is a movie. A movie from 1984. A movie from 1984 where a guy is transformed by barrels of toxic waste into some hulking monster who can sense evildoers and proceeds to break, beat or melt them with his bare hands. He also wears a tutu.

If you like cheesy 80's action, flare and forced comedy, then boy oh boy do we have a movie for you!
