In this episode we are off to the South Coast of New South Wales to to meet Seeker Brewing.

Before we get to Seeker we meet Nigel from the South Coast Ale Trail who describes the whole journey we could go on visiting the 11 breweries that make up the Ale Trail. We learn all about Nigel's work to promote this amazing part of the world and about the upcoming series of videos he's making about the breweries.
Then we are off to meet Ben and Jeff from Seeker! We learn about this amazing family of brewers and drummers and the journey they've been on to create their award winning beers.
We encounter two experimental hops from Yakima Chief and the process for deciding which hops go best with which styles.
