Life update!
For the last few months I’ve been having a lot of trouble speaking in my normal voice. Throughout the day my voice would crack, I would get coughing spells, and eventually lose my voice at the end of the day. People were starting to ask if I was sick even though I wasn’t. So I decided to do something about it.
After seeing an ENT, I was diagnosed with nodules on my vocal chords. Which is basically calluses on my vocal chords causing raspiness. In this episode I also talk about what the two main things attributed to the nodules.
So, have you noticed if my voice has sounded different recently? Head over to my Instagram @livecorestrong and DM what you think!
Also, if you are struggling medically with something, don't hesitate to check in with a medical professional. It could be life changing.
Keep Smiling,
Jena
