Visiting Scholar at Göteborgs University here in Sweden and today's podcast guest is Professor Jane Wilkinson from the Faculty of Education, Monash University, Australia.

The conversation today will be about a powerful and very interesting chapter titled Emotional Labour of Educational Leading: A Practice Lens written by Jane together with some of her colleagues (in a forthcoming book titled Educational Leadership Theory). Jane will share her thoughts about the reason for the chapter, she will talk about educational leadership, the purpose of Universities, problems with market-driven schools, the referendum in Australia and VOICE, and much, much more.

Jane's areas of expertise are;

Educational leadership for social justice,                                              Gender and ethnicity,                                                                          Feminist theories of leadership, and
Refugee education.
