Navigating Menopause with Jacky Wood

Today I’m marking World Menopause Day (18th October) and chatting to Jacky Wood a specialised Menopause Mentor and Licenced Menopause Champion. Jacky’s focus is on empowering women in the workplace to overcome challenges caused by negative menopause symptoms. Jacky is also a Tropic Ambassador.

Jacky shares her journey and why she does what she does. I also chat about my own menopause experience. Did you know that some women start their menopause at 30? There is a lot of information out there so it’s great to be able to speak to an expert to learn more about menopause, and how to manage the symptoms… they are many and varied.

The important thing to note is that everyone is different, so don’t compare yourself to others and speak to someone who knows about Menopause. Jacky shares some interesting stats.
