Thank you to Kenya, Atlanta, and Los Angeles' own Xenia Manasseh for coming on my show for an interview! Xenia discussed her new album LOVE / Hate Pt. 1, collaborating with her grandfather on G.I's Intro, and how the idea for Late Night Check Up came about. She talked about learning to let go, choosing herself, and always wanting to be independent. She got into attending Berklee College of Music, meeting India.Arie, and wanting to meet Erykah Badu to talk to her about her spiritual journey. Xenia also spoke about LOVE / HATE Pt. 2 being completed, moving to Los Angeles a few months ago, and her song Anticipate relating to her living in both the future and the past. Stay tuned!
