Like many of my guests, Johnathan Enrico was on a weight loss and gain rollercoaster for much of his adulthood. He stacked up health issues but rarely worked on making lasting change until he found himself in the hospital putting on a brave face for his children. That moment cemented into his brain the need for change, regardless of how he felt day to day. Since that day in June of 2022 he has made some incredible changes in his life and to his body, but it all started with consistency and discipline.
