Saying no is so hard for many of us, especially if you're a people pleaser. It's how we find ourselves overcommitted, stressed out, and ultimately burnt out. But we need to realize that saying no is not being selfish, setting boundaries and managing how and where you spend your time is a healthy habit, and it's how you create balance in all areas of your life.
