Meet Kate Stoermer, an ex-corporate executive turned passionate entrepreneur and real estate maven. Her journey began with a quest for retirement security, which led her to craft a thriving vacation rental portfolio and establish a dynamic short-term rental coaching and consulting business.

Formerly the Executive Director of a large cancer research non-profit – and a onetime US Navy veteran, Kate made a bold pivot after spending 27-years climb up the corporate ladder. Fueled by her desire for a life defined with far more intention and time freedom, she founded The CEO Host. This coaching and consulting venture empowers individuals to embrace the art of vacation rental investing and rewrite the narrative of traditional 9-to-5 work.

Guided by her entrepreneurial spirit, Kate embarked on a journey to create a life that deviates from the conventional work paradigm. She harnessed her passion for short-term rentals as a means to achieve this transformation. Leveraging her corporate acumen and MBA training, Kate transformed her passion into a thriving business, setting an inspiring example for her children along the way.
