Bold and the Beautiful star John McCook, the actor behind the character of Eric Forrester, gave an insightful interview recently that revealed his real-life illness and its impact on the show and filming the anticipated showdown. 

Joined by Thorsten Kaye, who plays Ridge Forrester, they discussed the anticipated fashion showdown and what might happen regarding Eric's health in a chat with Mike Fairman. 

While the actors were circumspect, they dropped hints about Eric's rumored hospitalization, indicating it could be due to his character's neglect of his health on the CBS soap opera. 

McCook also shared about his real-life illness that kept him away from the set for days, affecting the filming of the fashion showdown. Despite the challenges and speculations, both actors remain part of the Bold & Beautiful storyline.
