Zack and I have been on this BJJ social media journey together for quite some time and we did some catching up as we discussed BJJ and how it relates to the kids coming up today in the sport, work ethic in the sport, what it may take for BJJ to really hit the mainstream, developing Champions Keep Score, and we even slipped in a little bit of talk about scary movies at the end.
