Season 2 has not started off great for Sea of Thieves. Though the launch of Fort of Fortune has pushed interesting interactions, the hype wasn't enough to even match the launch of Season 1. With no change to the length of the season, Season 2 is looking to be even less of a splash than Season 1 was which says a lot considering Rare has had leaky holes in their player base since July of 2020.
In this episode I discuss the good, bad and ugly of Season 2, why the Fort of Fortune was honestly expected but extremely successful at the same time.
