My family and I decided to forego artificial food dyes 2.5 months ago. After some research, and listening to Dr. Rebecca Bevans (check out episode 183!), we decided this would be a good decision for our health. In this episode I talk about my journey going dye-free, changes we had to make, what's made this transition easier, and common foods/products that have been almost impossible to find dye-free!
