Hello! This week’s episode is a little bit different. Doing this podcast has been a journey for us that has taken a bit longer than expected. But we’ve learned a lot on the way and we have documented some of it for you and for us to see how far we’ve come. This episode was recorded back in October of 2022. We also want to give a disclaimer that we do talk a bit about women’s health, so if that is something that makes you uncomfortable, we just want to let you know it’s in there.
