The Apostle Paul has made it clear than no person will be justified by keeping the law or performing personally satisfying works. Instead, only those who are blessed with salvific faith from God, as a gift, will be justified. In this podcast, Dr. Paul examines the Apostle Paul's prime example of real faith in the Old Testament person of Abraham. "Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness," Paul wrote. He serves as every human being's model of what it is going to legally stand before God. He serves as an example of what is missing, today, in many churchgoer's lives, as they attempt to establish or declare themselves righteous before God based on their own efforts, which would include their manufactured "faith."
