Why is it wrong to be White.

Back in 2020, Humza Yousaf stood up in the Scottish Parliament and denounced the Scottish established for being "White". But Scotland is around 95% White so why does it upset him that this is reflected in senior public sector positions? Does he have a problem with the 95% of his fellow Scots because of their skin colour and what might that make him?
