The holiday season can be challenging. It can come with a lot of pressure to get the perfect gifts, to plan out an amazing vacation, to have a Pinterest perfect house, to create the perfect lasting memories, and the list just goes on and on. It's too much! Today in this episode I want to give you grace to let go of high expectations and standards, to let go of comparison, to let go one the pressure to have it all together, to let go of the anxiety to do it all perfectly. We need to give ourselves grace in this season, so in this episode we will discuss four tips to help you be less anxious around the holiday season.
