Back in the day, whenever I heard words like 'massive action' or 'it takes effort', I would run for the hills. I was terrified because I was in the process of overcoming the burnout cycle of doing, think in the more physical sense, aka, taking action beyond my physical limits to make it happen. I knew that in order to achieve my goals, there was action was required, but I didn't understand how to go about it because of my old patterns. Fast forward, and now I have completely redefined the way in which I view efforting, and I want to share this process with you. The goal is to present a way for those of you who still have big dreams and goals, but don't want to sacrifice your journey or well being to achieve them. I firmly believe we are never meant to do more than we can handle. The Universe wants us to enjoy our life, be present, and have time and energy to accomplish everything that we want to. It isn't about rushing around to nowhere, and checking off an endless to do list. My hope is that after listening, you capture one piece of this process so you can begin to let go, allow, trust, and know that you can have a healthy relationship with effort, and by doing so, it will begin to change the world around you.
