When you feel rushed or stressed check in with yourself for why and what is causing it. Can we swap faster for actually taking a moment to breath and be slower instead? In our minds, in our actions- in it all? For even one minute? Where we have so much or so many and think maybe we need even more- can we instead do - less, have less? Laundry? Dishes? How do we spend our time? Where do we spend so MUCH of our time? Scrolling? Emails? Can we find ways that could eliminate the noise or take less time to do it to be easier on ourselves?
