Hi there! Today's episode focuses on two specific ways to help calm yourself down when going in for a presentation. However, these tips can also be utilized when dealing with overwhelm or stress. Sometimes, we can get stuck in our feelings and think that they are so B I G that we don’t think our feelings are manageable, and as a result, we don't try to make sense of them. But if you are a Christian, you are more than conquerors in Christ, and your feelings don’t have to have the final say!
I encourage you to work out these tips before your speaking engagement comes around so you can bring them to the forefront of your mind more readily when you're having a hard time focusing because of stress or anxiety.
