Stacking new actions on top of one another at a pace that allows us to habituate these new behaviors is the sober side of us peaking out and being in charge of our change. Instant gratification, impulse control, intense behaviors - these are the addict in us flexing its muscles. What if now is the time to shift to consistency? What If today is the day you cultivate patience? When is now the time to decide to choose a healthier way to habit stack? Yes, now is that time.
