On This Episode
Hear from Zora Benhamou, a gerontologist, biohacker, and nomad who is passionate about helping women optimize their menopause journey. Her unique perspective on optimizing health as we age is inspired by her nomadic lifestyle and biohacking approach to menopause. According to Zora, prioritizing foundational practices such as good nutrition, proper movement, social connections, community, purpose in life, and a positive mindset is key to experiencing a healthy menopause. She also explores middle-tier bio hacks and considers advanced interventions when necessary, with the aim of extending the health span and minimizing the impact of menopause symptoms. Zora encourages women to experiment with different options and find what works best for them, considering their individual needs and preferences. She believes that everyone can benefit from a biohacking approach to menopause and that by doing so, women can improve their overall well-being and enjoy a better quality of life.
