Martha Wilcoxson’s roots are in the financial services industry. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network and is a Certified Financial Planner (TM). Martha has a keen interest in industry compliance and has served as a FINRA arbitrator for the states of Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Tennessee since 2000. She is a graduate of the FINRA Wharton School of Business CRCP Program, University of Pennsylvania.
In this role Martha became curious about decision making processes in situations of dispute and conflict. This curiosity led her to complete the master’s degree in Negotiated Conflict Resolution from the Creighton University School of Law and Education Doctorate from Creighton University in Interdisciplinary Leadership. Today Martha teaches business ethics in the MBA program at Colorado State University Pueblo, is a board member of the National Association for Community Mediation, and runs her mediation consulting practice, Colorado NDR, focusing on small firm dispute resolution.
Blessed with southern Colorado climate and recreation, she enjoys bike riding, hiking and golf. She also enjoys coral reef scuba diving and destination bicycling. Martha is a public speaker on issues of women's business development and financial literacy.
