Sometimes, riders can function perfectly well in their daily life at home, in the workplace and even on the yard, but they don’t fully enjoy riding, competing and being with their horse in general. Why is that?
I see more and more clients who can get on with their lives, but have a sort of invisible malware running through their mind, a type of anxiety and worry that's always there. This is sometimes due to high-functioning anxiety.
