The Young and the Restless sees a revenge plot cooked up by the mysterious Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and her great-niece Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).
They want Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to pay for some personal sin committed against their family. Jordan and Claire are seemingly bent on avenging a past wrong committed by Nikki on Young & Restless.
As the saga unfolds, it's becoming evident that Nikki's past actions, possibly involving her struggles with alcoholism, have triggered this vengeful plot. The ongoing storyline seems to hint at a past tragedy on Y&R.
Thanksgiving seems to be key - a holiday that seems to hold significance for Claire and Jordan. The storyline on the CBS soap opera has also raised questions about the possible involvement of other Newman family members, including Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
