We pray you will be strengthened by the good news about God’s grace, love and forgiveness through Jesus.

 Worship Focus: Do you like to be the center of attention? If so, why is that? Are you one who gets jealous easily? Are you one who likes to talk up your accomplishments, or show off your knowledge? Each one of us has those tendencies, and so the Lord addresses these traits and more. He also points out what we do have going for us so we do not fall into the trap of  bragging up ourselves as a way to feed our self-esteem; such leads to our acts of worship, including what we are doing here today.
