Hey teeth lovers,
Do you workout regularly but don’t get the results you hope for? Whether that be reduced pain, muscle gain, fat loss, increased energy…there’s a reason you aren’t achieving your goals. I recently spoke with a hygienist who was doing the same workouts for a year and a half with no results. This is because she was working out instead of strength training. I see this 100% of the time.
