Today I’m talking about something that is a little too normalized in dentistry-stretching. Now stretching isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it isn’t going to solve your pain problems. It’s just another temporary fix that lasts momentarily. So while stretching is a piece of the puzzle, you have to strength train to build the underactive muscles if you want to get rid of pain LONG TERM.
