UK Home Secretary James Cleverly flies to Rwanda today to sign a new 'deal" that the Government believes will be acceptable to the Supreme Court and thus enable the UK to deport some failed "asylum seekers". Its ALL a distraction, I don't believe it will work nor do I think that was ever the intention.
