Twelve people, with varying degrees of anxiety, submitted their responses to the following five questions regarding anxiety:
1. How does anxiety affect your way of life?
2. Can someone with anxiety still feel empowered? What would that look like?
3. What do people not understand about anxiety? Has anything hurtful been said in regards to your anxiety?
4. What/Who has been your biggest support and why?
5. Anything else you want to share about anxiety that I haven’t touched on?
We can learn from their experiences as we work to normalize mental health.
