The St. Omer Cemetery may seem like an ordinary grave yard overgrown with wildflowers. In fact, it likely would have been forgotten entirely, if it weren't for the monument sitting on the far side of the property. It's the Barnes Family Epitaph that keeps the St. Omer Cemetery on the map; and it's all thanks to the peculiar legend that's carved in that very stone.
