So I just did a 4 hour silence challenge where you do absolutely nothing for 4 hours.
No talking, no being with people or animals, no phone, no reading, no sleeping, no writing, no walking - literally nothing for 4 whole hours!
It was an experience!
Is it better than sex? That’s debatible.
