General Hospital spoilers see Ava Jerome (Maura West) tormented by an unknown antagonist. Among the potential culprits are the supposedly deceased Nikolas Cassadine, her ex-husband, and the villainous Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). 

However, some fans speculate that it might be Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), a character with a history of violent behavior, or even his supposedly amnesiac daughter, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl). 

Plus, GH recently celebrated several Emmy wins, including a posthumous award for Sonya Eddy, who portrayed Epiphany Johnson. The ceremony also paid tribute to the late Tyler Christopher, the original actor for Nikolas Cassadine.
