Today regardless of what you feel and how, write a post about how you want to feel today or tomorrow Monday in my FD8 community group .
No wishes, no ‘if only’, no ‘but I can’t; just focus on all things without limit.
This is what you do;
When you wake up, spend 5 minutes on affirmations and motivational peptalk for yourself.
Focus on the intention, don’t just repeat words without your heart in it, it will not do.
It does not matter that to you it’s not true, or that it is not true yet.
This is the way you align your mind with where you want to go.
It’s no different than reaching goals and how you train your brain to expect the outcome to be the one you want.
If you think it’s dumb, think about this…: what do YOU get out of telling about all things that went wrong or not in your favor yesterday?
