One of the ways I have found beneficial in setting, and attaining, goals is to take some time to mindfully reset and reframe our entire environment so we can create an environment that actually supports our growth.
This fresh new environment can completely change how you feel, and transform your mindset, when it comes to embarking on achieving your goals. When we try to make a change and do things differently, while living in the same environment we have been repeating old pattens in, we continue to feel stuck. We have to interrupt the cycle.
