Simply Being

I saw a great quote from Rupert Spira.…..“The desire to do something in meditation is a residue from our previous desire to seek happiness in objects, substances, activities, and relationships. In time, all such doing, however refined, must subside in simply being”.  Rupert Spira

And yeah, how many of you created new year's resolutions? striving for something striving to change? striving to achieve? Sure. We all want to achieve things. Yeah, we're not like we're a bunch of monks sitting in a cave somewhere. But I would, I would say that the power behind achieving it doesn't come from striving. It comes from simply being.

Going within that space where we do connect truly with our higher self

Where is that space?

Where is that connection?
