Peace and clarity in your mind. Love in your heart. Relaxation in your body.

In such a state it is easy for the divine to touch you.

You yourself are also divine.

Meditating is remembering what you really are.

During those moments it is as if time dissolves and you enter into eternity.

Here you are being purified and you are being nourished.

And so the transformation can take place.

Do not worry if the old is still resisting. The new is already here.

You came here because you are adventurous and because you have courage.

Nothing can withstand the power of love.

Trust that your path in life is being guided every single day.

And above all trust that what you are as consciousness is absolutely unlimited.

Vrede en helderheid in je hart en in je denkgeest en diepe, diepe ontspanning in elke cel van je lichaam.

In zo een toestand is het makkelijk voor het goddelijke om jou aan te raken.

Jijzelf bent ook goddelijk.

Mediteren is je herinneren wat je echt bent.

Gedurende zo’n momenten is het alsof de tijd zich oplost en jij binnenstapt in het eeuwige.

Hier word jij gezuiverd en jij wordt  gevoed.

En zo kan de transformatie gebeuren.

Maak je geen zorgen als het oude nog weertand biedt. Het nieuwe is reeds hier.

Jij bent naar hier gekomen omdat jij avontuurlijk bent en omdat jij dapper bent.

Niets kan de kracht van liefde tegenhouden.

Vertrouw erop dat je pad in het even gegidst wordt, elke dag opnieuw.

En bovenal vertrouw erop dat wat jij bent als bewustzijn helemaal onbeperkt is.
